making my voice heard by voting
I had dropped off my Absentee Ballot last night, after parting hugs from the bfrb.
(I think he would have planned a movie had he known the curfew was over.)
It was still a fine dinner at Olive Garden, dining on Shrimp Scampi and Pasta Fagiole.
Plus, for five bucks, I have a sketti with meat sauce for another meal - yeah!
Anyway, as I said, I'd dropped my completed ballot off, just as Mayor Van Johnson had done on Monday night.
Then, about this time last night, I'd posted an update on fb.
"I voted!
Dropped off my absentee ballot right here!
Have YOU voted yet?"
Then, tonight, when I'd showed up for the PFS movie, I found it was delayed.
That gave me a chance to catch up with a few touch-and-go checks,,,
and I found my post already garnered 26 marks of approval and a dozen comments!
Thanks for the support, y'all!
Here are the comments!
