yours in the double bond, my brothers!

It's Founders Day again,
here in December,
I see that wyvern lookin'
down on us
from above.
And we're zooming close
as we try to remember
those who started
this fraternity
with such love.

I think Buck Owens would be absolutely fine with my reworking of "Crying Time", I do!
Yes, it's been years and years since I've heard it, but my mental jukebox slipped it onto the turntable as if it were a regular listen.
I guess all that country and western music at Jim and Lauren's reception cued it up!
Anywho, today marked the 119th anniversary of those chemistry nerds deciding they needed their own fraternity, hatching Alpha Chi Sigma in response.
Thanks, y'all!
It had slipped up on me, honestly.
If not for the email yesterday, I would have completely missed it.
As a member of the Order of Altotus, meaning that I am a member-for-life and have been since 2012, I really should do better at keeping up with such things.
All it would require of me is reading the Hexagon every three months when it's issued.
Good for Gary Anderson!
He's truly the reason why I donated that $2000 to become Altotus.
He's a member-for-life, too, and has been for decades.
For this Founders Day, he took fraternal fealty one step further and pledged to match donations made for this occasion.
Very nice!
So, of course I had him spend a little money for the cause - I made a donation for him to match!
Hahahaha! Hahaha!
Here's a funny story: after the official history talk and those kinds of remarks had been made, we digressed into simply chatting with each other.
(There were about 35 that stayed to chat.)
Peter Witt, one of the brothers from Alpha chapter, asked us to raise our hands if we'd made a donation tonight...
then, he asked us to raise our hands if we'd done so to spend Gary's money!
Hahahaha! Hahaha!
My hand was up both times!
(smile!)
Now, wanna know a little secret?
I hadn't paid attention to the history lesson.
In fact, that was on mute.
Why?
Because "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer" was on at the same exact time as this ZOOM!
Sure, it isn't like I've never seen this Christmas special before or won't ever see it again...

but, I just had to hear Clarice inspire Rudolph to fly after she told him that he was cute...
and, I had to go with Rudolph and Hermie to the Island of Misfit Toys...
and I had to hear Yukon Cornelius explain the finer points about Bumbles being able to bounce and not being able to float and preferring pork dinners to venison...
and then, I just had to watch as the humbled - and toothless - 'Bominable placed the star, oh so gently, atop the Christmas tree at Santa's house.
I just had to.
After all, I have not yet decorated for Christmas.
Maybe I'll do so this next week...
I do miss all my little Misfits scattered about!

2 christmas lunches, and a boy band on the tv!

Seriously, ya gotta sing it!
It's my variation on "The Twelve Days of Christmas" song!
What'll it be for day 3?
We'll have to wait and see!

Luncheon 2 was yesterday, with Dawn!
That was two hours at Cancun, rapidly becoming a new favorite for the two of us.
(smile!)
I brought Christmas calendars and she gladly chose two.
No, not one for her and one for her hubby!
The other was for an ocean-loving girl named Brandee, now living landlocked.
Dawn and I talked a lot about Christmas movies and I turned her on to Channel 15.
Every day, at 6 PM, it has one... and I just caught onto the pattern last week.
LOL!
"Today's will be 2012's "Christmas Oranges"," I told her.
I'd like to think she was watching "with" me yesterday - good movie!
She and I also spoke of graduate school, with her wanting to know about costs and how long the program of study would be.
I told her about mine, but made sure to mention that was in 1996.
Also, how long the degree takes depends on several factors, not the least of which is getting married and moving away six years in.
Yeah, I did that, and I'd do it again, too, even though it added three years to my finally writing my dissertation to Dr. M's liking.
That title, by the way, was "The Effect Of Molecular And Morphological Structure On The Tensile Properties Of The Linear Polyethylenes".
Dawn already knew me to be a chem nerd, but that cinched it!
(smile!)

I'd like to thank Joey Fatone for hosting "A Very Boy Band Holiday" last night!
What a fabulous hour of men, men, and men, all singing and dancing!
Sure, Sporty Spice had a few seconds onscreen, as it was at her house...
and there were a few little girls in the number done by the children...
but the rest of it was a feast of males!
As well as sing, they chatted about old times with each other in their groups and mostly just hung out together, being guys -
it was glorious!
I do hope they'll do this again in years to come!

Luncheon 3 found me in the company of the physicist!
You know... one of the prominent Jeff's in my life.
(Luncheon 1 was last week with the other, remember?
But, for Christmas song purposes, that one isn't included in the post title as it occurred last month, rather than in December.
Otherwise, I would have had to say "three Christmas lunches, two something something, and a boy band on the tv", and I didn't have anything to put in there for "that middle part", as Otto would say, in "A Fish Called Wanda".
Plus, this outing today was a dinner, not a lunch, technically.
Nonetheless, my song variation, my rules!
Now, back to my originally-intended post...)
The bfe had suggested The Noodle Bowl, as the weather was just right for soup.
That didn't pan out.
Not only was the restaurant closed, but the space is for sale.
No worries for us!
The King & I was at the other end of the strip, so we just moseyed on down there.
As well as dining Thai, we spoke of many things, like sea, and ships, and sealing wax, of cabbages and kings...
oh, wait, that's from a Lewis Carroll poem, isn't it?
Hahaha! Hahahaha!
No, mostly we talked about his search for a new barber, which has been a challenge, leading him to stylists that spoke of extraterrestrials or favored loud music or simply were not quite where he wanted to go.
Poetry was a topic, though.
I know he likes odd writings, so I brought along Peter S. Beagle's 52/50 Project.
The author crafted that when he was 70 and celebrating the 50th anniversary of his first getting published, penning a new piece - poem, song, or prose - every Monday of 2009.
That's the year that the physicist started this Savannah chapter of his life.
Right place, right time, n'est-ce pas?
I'd like to say I've read them all, but... well, I get distracted, do I not?
A rabbit hole beckons and there I go...
or maybe it's a squirrel that catches my eye...
or a flitting dragonfly...
what was I saying?
(smile!)
I have read enough of them to know that one was about space aliens, and another featured a physics professor tackling gravity, and then there was the song about beer.
Yes, I do believe the bfe will enjoy exploring this book.
Good!
Maybe he'll even bring it along sometimes so we can talk about some of the works.
That would be pretty cool!
(smile!)

zombies cannot donate blood

kicked out
of the Red Cross -
feeling
like a fool -
that Nam Sod
yesterday
made me a ghoul

no pulse, no pulse,
i'm in misery
thought i ate
all the right foods
but my blood's no good, you see

pulse has jumped
no steady pump
it skitters all
a-round-round-round
those
processed foods
have me
feelin' down

- words my own, song to be sung to the tune of "Alone At The Drive-In", from "Grease"

"Did that really happen? You were dismissed from the American Red Cross?"

Sadly, yes. Today, in fact.
The new guy was checking me in and couldn't find my pulse. Like, for real. He checked the right wrist... had it... and lost it. Three times. So he switched to the left, but same deal.
He called for someone to second his findings and in came Whitney, but she had the same issue. My pulse was there, and then gone... there, and then gone.
So they had to deny allowing me to donate today.
I tried to joke around, first with Tim, then with her.
"Hey, I know I've been watching a lot of zombie movies lately, but I couldn't have caught anything from them!"
Nope, no impact.
Drats.

"You've had Nam Sod before and not had this problem of vanishing pulse."

Well, that's impossible to verify.
It isn't like I've had that salt-laden dish and then donated blood the next day.
Plus, it's been quite a few months since I had that food at The King & I, as my luncheons with Dawn had been curtailed due to her phone issues.
So, when we finally got together yesterday, and I ordered my "usual" instead of a lunch special, I went at it full-tilt boogie, even forsaking the chopsticks near the end and using a spoon to get most of the juices.
That was probably a mistake.
And, to be honest, I'm naming the Thai food as to blame, but the truth is that I've been eating a lot of dinners from freezer bags and cans.
It's quick, it's easy, and the calories and protein content are in print, right there.
Since I'm keeping a food journal for the VA nutritionist, I'm trying to have an accurate accounting of those two variables, both for her and for me.
The most sure way to do so is with packaged foods.

"Wow. You may want to track sodium, too.
Just saying.
I know you pride yourself on the use of Mrs. Dash for seasoning, but for manufacturers trying to stock the shelves and freezers of grocery stores, sodium chloride is the preferred seasoner, as it also serves as a preservative. "

Yeah, yeah.
Well, you'll be happy to know I'm minimizing my use of processed foods for a few days.
For starters, dinner tonight is from bagged, uncooked, pinto beans.
The makers of the Pappy's Pantry foods have recipes online, so I'm trying my hand at making my very own refried beans.
Get this: they aren't even fried once!
LOL!

"Oh, that's funny!"

The recipe didn't call for soaking overnight, just cooking a pound of the legumes for 90 minutes with garlic and six cups of water.

"And no salt was needed for the recipe???"

Well, it specified 1 1/2 teaspoons of it, but I did about a 1/4 tsp and called it enough.
After all, I'd minced up five large cloves of garlic, so I figured that would do pretty well for making them tasty.

"And it did the trick for you?"

Well, I added a generous helping of salt-free Southwest Chipotle flavoring and that spiced them quite well!
I added a little shredded cheddar, too, but that meant less than 300 mg of sodium for both of the burritos I made.
Specifically, I added 1/8 cup of the cheese for each 1/2 cup of beans.
Yes, quite tasty... and I plan to have two more for dinner.

"Well, be sure to drink plenty of water to help flush out your bloated cells."

Oh, for sure, in fact I've had three glasses since I got home.
Time to free some of that from my bladder!

"You take care, you.
And please try to eat smarter, not just easier. "

Yes, ma'am, will do.

ready for the next 100 at the cinema

Yes, I said "100" and I meant "100"!

With this trio, I have completed that quantity of movies at the cinemas since they reopened on August 27, 2020.

Cognizant of that mark being made, I've had a bit of fun with the titles of these last few.

Last week, the movies viewed made the following comment:

Chaos, Walking.
Raya and the Last Dragon,
Boogie.

Just a little joke, right?

This week, I have:

Tom and Jerry,
I Still Believe
The Little Things.

Not quite haiku, but still rather pleasing and nearly poetic.

I guess I have Donald Sutherland and his role as a retired literature professor in "Man On The Train" to thank for that line of thought running about in my mind.
Get the joke?
That was meant for Sheldon Cooper.
(smile!

Will I continue counting movies going forward? Perhaps not. As the local cinemas have continued being open for the weekends, it is doubtful they will be shut down again. Spring break is upon us for the schools soon and I suspect the cinemas will resume weekday screenings for that week. Rather, I am hopeful they will.

After all, just living for the weekend is not something I'm fond of doing.

Now, I'm partaking of a bit of British-laced, Monty Python-esque, hilarity on an old SNL show! This is drag racing in the manner I would love to watch! I wonder if Club One and Blair Williams would ever have such? I doubt it.

Thankfully, On Demand has 40+ years of SNL to enjoy, including this frivolity between Eric Idle and Day Aykroyd on s-2 e-3. Hooray!

As for later on tonight, past the witching hour, we in the USA will be springing forward, causing all to lose a perfectly good hour of sleep.

I'm sure David Lee Roth of Van Halen won't bat an eyelash if I delay the jump in time until I awake tomorrow.

That's no doubt what he will do, too!

Ah, the beauty of sleeping in!

leaping about with Sam and Marty and the Doc

Time travel here,
time travel there,
in movies and on television
multiple times this year!

How's that for a bit of poetry?
True, it has the same meter as the other, but when inspiration strikes first thing in the morning - yes, even before coffee - I make sure to jot it down!
As long as it rhymes, it's a poem!
(smile!)

And just what, if anything, brought this about?

Well, Marty McFly's antics on stage started it, with this scene in both "Back To The Future" and "Back To The Future, Part 2", shot in 1985 and revisited in 1989.

Quite a bit of footage was reused in the second film, to allow two Docs, two Martys, and two Biffs.

Plus I had this bit of eye candy!

That's my man, Dr. Beckett, glistening with sweat in the afternoon sun, post post-hole digging in a contest with a cowgirl to win her heart.

He can leave those boots under my bed any time, as I may have said before - oh, yeah!

Love that hair on his chest!

Those bits of time travel were on Sunday and Monday.

Tina Tuesday found me at "Back To The Future, Part III", in the wild, wild West, with Doc Brown's chitty chitty wooo wooo train!

There's something about that man, too, that's quite charming -  it's his optimistic attitude and his towering stance and that lovable grin!

But he's a good deal older than me and I tend to prefer someone within a few years of my age.

Scott Bakula is just four years older than me.

So, when I have sweet dreams tonight of this beau in a bubble bath, I can easily imagine our 1989, 30-something, selves together... and I already know he can dance.

penny from heaven

It's been a rough few days.
I have found myself sobbing at least once since midday on Wednesday.
I don't mean crying -
no, sobbing inconsolably, tears streaming, mouth open.
It's been a rough few days.
But at least I was not alone for all of this day.
My first niece had asked me to meet her and littlest girl for lunch.
I was up until 4 AM again, so that didn't happen.
I did make it to the VA in time for the second shot of shingles vaccine.
The nurse and I were talking about the veterans who took part in the attack on The Capitol, betraying the oath they had made to this country.
And I couldn't help it -
I sobbed right there.
She stayed with me for another twenty minutes to make sure I would be okay.
Right place, right time.
She agreed that the 68 attackers arrested, especially those associated with injuries to the police, should be charged as terrorists.
She liked that I was going to see a movie about good triumphing over evil.

But first I needed to get to Pooler.
It was already after 3:30 and the traffic had picked up.
Still, I was able to catch the USPS truck outside Seasons of Japan - and finally post birthday cards to Christy and Linh.
Then, warm and filling Soba Tempura Shrimp, along with edamame to restore my body.
I was even there in time for "Family Feud" while I leisurely dined.
Right place, right time.
On to the GTC Pooler for "The Dark Crystal" of 1982.
As I left my car, the 1977 penny gleamed to catch my attention -
Right place, right time.
I even had free popcorn as a birthday bonus not yet received, so now I have some at home.
As for the movie...
I was amazed how much of it I remembered.
It's probably been two decades since I've seen it.
I was already a fan of Jim Henson and his Muppets, plus I'd seen Ralph Bakshi's "Wizards" - which came out in 1977 - multiple times while in Panama, so this movie seemed a continuation on a theme and I was all for that.
It was no coincidence that this movie was here for me today.
i thank You, God.
I was even inspired to write a little poem as I watched the puppet actors.

"Ten little mystics waiting for a sign,
one withered and died and then there were nine.

Nine little mystics traveling before too late,
one suddenly vanished and then there were eight.

Eight little mystics at their ancestral home,
reunited with their physical selves and then there were none."

Right place, right time.

at the beach, so to speak

Every time my ex was between radio jobs, he'd tell everyone he was "at the beach".
Not that he ever was, in truth.
He was not a big fan of great sandy expanses with actual dust in the wind.
I'm sure he would have heartily disliked Kansas.
Hahahaha hahaha!
That's a joke with a pun or two, y'all!
In honor of his being a deejay for oh so many years, ya know.
(smile!)

I truly was at the beach today - literally!
These days, I'm always at the beach, at least figuratively, since I am retired.
(smile!)
This time, my physical presence was needed there.
Why?
It's the last day of summer!
Not that you'd know it from the temperature.
Although the bank's gauge, in its brick edifice, had declared that measurement as 75°F, that was only up on Butler Avenue.
Down on the sand, with the brisk breeze off the water, it felt about ten degrees cooler.
This little crab didn't seem to mind, though.
I didn't mind, either.
Well, not too much.
I'd dressed in shorts and a memento t-shirt from a Gray's Reef Ocean Film Festival, that flirty and feminine orange one I like.
This photo I like, too, as it shows the ends of my long hair whipping in the wind.
See that fringe in the crook of my arm?
That would be my hair!
(smile!)

And these would be my shoes, left foot forward!
Yes, indeed, these pretty little 'sandals for dancing'
that I'd bought before my birthday60 in Las Vegas with Elvis, Elvis, Elvis!
What a fabulous time that had been -
i thank You, God!
And aren't these sea oats so lovely?

Here's a funny thought that occurred to me as I was walking up the ramp toward the Atlantic Ocean.
As I was admiring the blue sky and the murmur of the waves, I couldn't help noticing that the sea oats on the dunes looked very much - I mean, very much - like the hairs along my chin.
More personal meaning from a scene at the beach!
First the hair atop my head, now the hair on my face!
Very nice!
Ho, what's this I espy with my little eye?
Horseshoe crab tracks?
The trail of a lost loggerhead sea turtle?
Hahaha! Gotcha!!!
That's just something I do when I'm on seaside, walking backwards while digging my toes into the sand and then swirling outward.
So much fun!
This is one of my favorite activities at the shore, too - sitting and rocking in one of these wooden swings, with my brain on idle.
The kiss of the sun for comfort,
the sound of the sea for peace,
one is nearer God's heart
at the ocean
than any place else on Earth.
Just a little poem to mark the occasion, in memory of Mama.
(smile!)

Speaking of my mother, there she is!
Flying above me, gliding over the blue depths, through the blue skies, on angelic wings!
I must admit, I was lost in the song of the waves until she swooped into my line of sight.
What a pleasant surprise!
How glad I was to see her here at Tybee, one of her favorite summertime haunts!
Then Father Time came trudging along.
Tick tock, tick tock, the meter is nearing the end of its purchased allotment!
Eight quarters had bought me an hour of parking -
now, I needed to mosey along!
I had succeeded in my quest to visit the beach on this last day of summer...
time to go somewhere warmer!
(smile!)

starz featuring kevin and dancing tina!

There she is, right there, shaking all that fringe and sparkle like she means it!
It's the incredible dancing Tina!!!
One might think I'd selected that movie because I knew that lil' fictional character was there - but I had not remembered that name.
The Universe gave me STARZ this weekend for free, as I discovered yesterday when I went in search of a movie On Demand.
i thank You, God.
I'd hoped for a distraction from the "is it REAL or a dream" dilemma that I've had since the pandemic began here in March.
Seeing "Inception" made it worse.
The flamingoes enhanced it more.
But I knew what I had to do as soon as "The Mask" came up in the listing of films: I needed to immerse myself, via this gift of STARZ, into a Film Festival of Masks.
This 1994 vehicle with Jim Carrey and Cameron Diaz was the perfect one to drive home the point.
(Get it? My little pun of a joke?)
Stanley Ipkiss awakened each morning with the face covering on the pillow beside him - so it was just a dream after all! - and the police pounding on his door - oh, wow, that was REAL?!
(smile!)

I knew the ideal chaser, too: "Venom", about an alien creature that inhabits a human as a disguise.
Eddie Brock didn't know if the voice in his head was REAL or a dream until he saw the creature bouncing on the MRI room walls.
Oddly, this Tom Hardy film came up at the Thursday outing at that Tom Hardy film, so this one was front of mind for me.
Perhaps it was The Universe giving me a gentle nudge?
Perhaps my angels were providing clues for me to construct this themed cinematic therapy as a balm to soothe and restore my spirit?
I choose to believe that.
I do know I absolutely perked up when I saw Stan Lee, the one-and-only 'dapper dog walker" - simply marvelous!
I went to bed Saturday with a lighter heart and sweet dreams awaiting on my pillow!
Sunday morning, when I peeked out the living room window, the flamingos were still scattered about, standing on my front lawn.
Hahaha, they were evidently REAL and not a dream after all!
Okey-dokey, they were not a figment of my imagination, but a sure sign,
in living color, of my first niece's love for me!
Speaking of that 1990's show, I knew the third movie for my film festival.
It would have to be the one powered by three of the five Wayans brothers!
Written by Keenan, "White Chicks" featured Shawn and Marlon as FBI agents who favored disguises for their undercover work.
That would be 'Kevin' on the left and 'Marcus' on the right, wigs in hand, making a bust... on REAL ice cream men, not the drug dealers they expected.
Whoopsie - bad move, guys!
Their next move was no better.
Tasked with babysitting two spoiled heiresses who are a kidnapping target, they wreck the car leave the women with a broken lip and bloodied nose.
Whoopsie - so the guys go to Nantucket in disguise as 'Brittany' and 'Tiffany', with hair to every inch of skin transformed.
I actually laughed out loud during this rare new to me movie!
Quite a coup!
REAL white chicks was a logical next move for me, and the 2019 "Charlie's Angels" was ideal!
Women hiding in plain sight, with and without wigs, as nearly invisible baristas and janitors... and a high-security employee whose bowl-cut hairdo highlighted profiling.
Most excellent to see again!
Time for a break to stretch my legs and move around!
Fortunately, the summer heat had dulled its edge and the mower battery was fully charged.
Out to the back yard I went, hoping to finish the job I started yesterday.
Glory, hallelujah, I did!
Sure, there are still bushes and such, around the birdbath and perimeter, waiting for a trim.
But, look - nary a dandelion in sight!
Just lush, low-level, green!
(smile!)
What was next on the film roster?
Well, how about another one with aliens in disguises as well as a buddy flick featuring a woman and a man?
Sounds like last year's "Men In Black: International" is the only choice for those parameters!
In fact, there's the probationary Agent M and Thor-like agent H trying to rescue Vungus the Ugly (the alien Jababian prince) from two other aliens.
Yes, this would be them.
As Dynads, they are able to take on multiple forms, ranging from break-dancing humans at a nightclub to beings of pure energy in the street.
Quite impressive shape-shifting, though those glowing blue orbs they used as eyes were a bit of a giveaway of their identities.
(smile!)
Okay, time to dial it back a notch, back to the REAL instead of science fiction dreams.
"Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins" proved to be the right one for that, plus it was "new to me" - win win!
On the surface, no masks, no make-up, no wigs.
Just a man who had created a fictional version of himself for television, but reverted right back to the insecure, jealous teen he had been when he goes back to Georgia for a family reunion.
Hey, that makes want to write a poem!

Yes, you can run, but you can't hide,
from the person you are inside.
You can don a new persona as a disguise
when out in the public and strangers' eyes.
But your baggage is always open when family is around
and they've certainly got your number
and know the buttons to bring you down.
So don't think you can fool them, they never slumber
when it's one of their own, finally come back to town.
(smile!)

Speaking of slumber, time for me to get some in just a while.
My boys of physics will soon be on, so I need to settle down and chill.
Later!
(yawn!!1)

tackling the wild, wild yard

Hey, I have to give a shout out to The Escape Club for the title inspiration!
I always loved dancing to their song, "Wild Wild West" and playing along by miming to the special sound effects - like gunfire, with ricocheting bullets!
So, as I've done for another song when killing zombies, I've altered this one for my own purposes: grass cutting.
Hit it, boys!

Forty-seven weed sorts
hanging out in all yards
North east west south
all around the same house
I'm sitting in a back room
waiting for the big boom
Now I'm in the living room
waiting for my mower.

My Ryobi's so green
and for that I care
I love its color
and battery power to spare
Mowing to the beat
that moves my heart
Heading for those dandelions
Tackling the wild wild yard
The wild wild yard
Wild yard!

I really do like my new mower!
Not only does its battery last much longer than that of my previous Homelite mower -
as in, I was able to mow the front and back yards without recharging -
but the battery is much easier for me to handle, being smaller and lighter.
Hooray!!!
Plus, when I bought it on March 31, I had a special coupon from Home Depot to let me pay for it over 12 months, rather than 6 months.
Oh, and the mower was on sale for $279 - just twenty bucks lower than usual, but that helped offset the sales tax.
The lawnmower arrived a day early, on last Monday.
I had freed it from the cardboard box while it was still on the front porch -
to make sure any COVID-19 virus on the container didn't touch the mower -
then let all "decompress" for a day.
Wednesday, I charged the battery overnight.
Then, this afternoon, after talking to the bfrb for 33 minutes during his drive to his parents' home in Tennessee, I needed to wreak some havoc somewhere, again.
Time to take the Ryobi out for a spin!
What a marvelous idea that had been!
My yards look soooo much better... and I am much more relaxed.
(smile)

Now, the free Showtime preview is still working, so I'm going to have dinner and a movie.
(smile!)
I've made my variation on shrimp ceviche and I've selected "Stardust", a 2007 fantasy film based on a 1999 Neil Gaiman book.
I've been a fan of his work ever since that kickstarter project in 2014.
So... hasta la vista, y'all!

being international on a saturday

One of the most interesting side effects of folks being quarantined is the absolute preponderance of food porn on social media.
I get it.
Heck, I even contribute to it pretty regularly... but not this time.
Nope, this photo was reserved for those near and dear to me, not on the Book of Face, but reachable by phone.
And so it began.

"Italian pasta.
Georgia shrimp.
Japanese chopsticks.
Plus, I wrote in French on fb and watched a Czech movie.
"

stepmom Bonnie:
Did you fix this yourself? What did you use for seasoning?

first niece Christina:
Saw the whole world without ever leaving the house...

blue-sky Penny:
Ready for an international affair?

bfe Jeff:
You are having an international kinda day on this day of isolation!

Jeff the ex:
What was the Czech movie?

So nice to be doing something I would normally do, how I would normally do it!
i thank You, God!
