i could get spoiled by this

Those were the words I texted my first niece.

"I could get spoiled by this."

That's because yesterday, between her doctor appointment and my optician appointment, we managed to have lunch together here in town.

Her man was working in Garden City and so he was able to join us - that never happens!

I was blessed to capture this moment as he was leaving Jason's Deli, his lunch hour being definitely over.

LOL!

Today, it was just me and her!

Even in the screening room at the Liberty Cinema, we were the only ones there!

No children, no fellows, no one but us!

I guess no one else wanted to see "Grease" for only $5 and dance along to the songs in the aisle!

Well, she didn't do that... but I sure did!

Then she'd rescued a tiny tree frog from the hot pavement of the parking lot and I'd put my large bag of free birthday popcorn in the car, and we'd made plans to see each other again on Saturday...

woohoo!

And just how is it that we have these weekday afternoon get-togethers?

As a Head Start teacher for the state of Georgia, she has the summer off!!!

Oh, yeah... I'm gonna get good and spoiled by this.

i thank You, God!
