This week, Let's Make A Deal features a different decade each day.
Yesterday, it was the 1950's, so that meant cars with fins, food at diners, and swept-up hairdos.
The guy in the driver's seat, Collin, was dressed, naturally, as Elvis... though not Elvis of that decade.
Wayne and Jonathan gave him some clues about the prize in a little envelope.
They used phrases such as fish and chips, as well as Big Ben.
He thought it might be a zonk.
It wasn't.
The prize was a trip to London...
but he opted instead for the $500.
Oops!
Surprisingly, another Elvis look-alike contestant successfully won a trip...
a trip to Memphis, Tennessee, home of Graceland!!!
How totally appropriate!
He was elated, too!
So glad I was able to watch that this morning!
Now, off my derriere I go, to the purple Planet of Fitness!
(smile!)
